With June gloom in full effect here in LA, you have no choice but to layer up. The mornings here are very deceitful if you base how you get dressed on the way it looks outside in the morning. So to play it cool and take on all the temperatures throughout the day you need to layer up the right right way.
For my outfit of the day I choose to pair a crop top with high waisted shorts under a maxi shirt dress worn open and topped it off with my trusty booties and leather jacket. I love this look so much because it’s almost three different looks in one. First I could loose the jacket and button up some of the dress for a more polished look or I could easily loose the jacket and the dress if it gets too warm throughout the day for a dressed down casual look.
