It’s no secret I love all things Chanel. So when I heard about this pop-up I knew I couldn’t miss it! Today I got the opportunity to pop-in to the Chanel beauty house. It is true, every room is very instagramable if you are able to get a shot in this crowded house! It was fun seeing the turn out from people all over decked out in their favorite Chanel pieces take pictures.
This is the second beauty pop-up Chanel has done in LA. I have to say this one was absolutely amazing. The beauty closet had vanity stations where you could try out lip colors, and an aid gave you a booklet with labels of the colors you pick so you could keep track. This is by far the best technology I’ve tested out. I already had a red lip on and the the tablet was still able to layer on the correct color tone my face.

I loved the Rouge Double Intensite lipstick in the shade Orange Blood but it was the Rouge Allure Velvet in La Fascinate that stole my heart. I love velvet lipsticks because they apply smoothly and I LOVED that his basically lasted all day! I didn’t need to re-apply, just added a little lip balm and the color was still strong after two meals! Totally worth every penny.
