Yesterday afternoon I had the privilege to attend Girl Talk LA, a women’s empowerment community for us to connect and be inspired. Which has now become a national event so be sure to check out their website for upcoming events in other cities. This event was hosted at Tiato in Santa Monica by WWE’s Nikki and Brie of E!’s Total Bells and Total Divas.
The event was very uplifting and inspiring. One of the panelist happen to be one of my best friends Brandi Milloy-Simon and another fellow friend Kirbie Johnson moderated the panelist. Brandi along with Sarah Herron, Jordan Younder, Keri Wilson, Danika Brusha, Corey Marshall and Maile Pacheco shared a lot of good advice about staying true to who you are and how to hone in on your passion and following your dreams. I felt really inspired after hearing these women speak. I may already be following my dreams but I feel like I could be doing more and this event reminded me of that.
