I feel that many people shy away from stripes because they are afraid of them. Yes some stripes can make you look wider or not be flattering whatsoever. However, there are plenty of striped dresses that could be just as slimming as a little black dress. You never really know how something looks on a hanger. I always try on things that I don’t think would work for me because you might be surprised how good you look in it!
