Last night I was watching Sex And The City the movie for the millionth time and I was just thinking how beautiful the 3D floral bomber Carrie was wearing towards the end of the film. Well today I was just browsing online and came across this oversized sweater thing at american apparel that could easily be transformed into a D.I.Y. project!
I’m thinking of finding one of those large industrial zippers and adding a grosgrain ribbon pull to it, but I am not sure if I will add any black or leather trim to it yet. Stay tuned, I will post pics of the finished product soon!

Any luck on the transformation? I have been trying to track down a version of this bomber jacket for years and am completely willing to chat about it with you. I do, however, love the band on the cuffs and bottom.
