Honestly coming out of high school I wish there was a program like School Of Style. I feel like it would of helped me jumpstart my career in the fashion industry.
School Of Style is a series of classes in LA and NYC for aspiring wardrobe stylists. It will teach you how to break into the fashion industry and become wardrobe stylists. They definitely give you a reality check about the industry. You know, being a stylist isn’t about going shopping at the coolest stores and looking chic everyday. There is a lot of hard work that goes into making any red carpet appearance, editorial, or TV show look fabulous.
They are holding their next class Smashbox Studios in LA (wish every shoot was at smashbox its the BEST) on September 25-26th and for all you east coasters there are classes in NYC at Ace Hotel on October 9-10th.
